Designed as a place to escape the heat of summer, the mood of this courtyard changes constantly. The weather is
reflected in the mirror-like pond.
Situated in a temperate valley, this garden is inspired by it’s existing Moroccan architecture.
Tropical and cool climate plants were chosen to create a hidden oasis for it’s inhabitants including the resident peacock.
Using a mix of native and exotic planting, this garden responds to it’s location in Pittwater. The garden was designed for privacy from neighbors and for blending into the local environment.
OLIVE AND POMEGRANATE
Entertaining space was important in this garden so we created an all weather indoor/outdoor space
to watch the olives and pomegranates grow. Customised steel panels were also added to this peaceful space.
